Terms of service

The German version is binding.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Exort (website and program) between you and the operator named in the legal notice.

2. Account

You need an account with a valid e-mail address. One account per person. Keep your credentials secret; actions taken through your account count as yours.

3. Coins

Coins are a balance on this website that you receive in return for a payment. Coins have no cash value, cannot be paid out and can only be passed on through voucher codes.

4. Vouchers and license

A voucher extends the license by the stated number of days, counted from redemption or from the end of a running license. The license covers one device at a time. The trial is available once per account and device.

5. Using the program

Exort automates a third-party game. This may violate that game's terms of service. You decide whether to use it and carry the risk for your game account. In-game results are not guaranteed.

6. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service. After game updates it can take some time until the program works fully again.

7. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this contract.

8. Suspension

In case of abuse, shared access or chargebacks we may suspend the account, coins and license.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
